A full-width portrait, ready-to-send email render for each creative angle briefed
The bounded path every run follows — your inputs in, the real delivered output on the right. Step detail below.
- 01
Campaign Brief Assembly
Campaign type, collection name, key products, urgency level, target segment, creative angles, brand identity, visual references, and wireframe are collected as structured inputs. These feed every downstream node — nothing is manually re-entered.
- 02
3-Angle Copy Generation
Claude Sonnet 4.5 reads the full brief and writes a complete JSON copy block covering all three angles — Urgency, Exclusivity, and Performance. Each block contains subject line, headline, body copy, primary CTA, urgency banner, hero image prompt, and two product image prompts.
- 03
Field Extraction (Parallel)
Claude Haiku 4.5 extracts each copy field in parallel: headline, body, CTA, urgency banner, hero prompt, and both product prompts — producing clean, isolated outputs ready for the image and rendering nodes downstream.
- 04
Visual Asset Generation
Hero image and both product images generated via Nano Banana 2 using the prompts extracted from the copy block. All three asset types are generated per variation.
- 05
Composition Assembly
Claude Sonnet 4.5 combines all copy fields and image assets into a precise full-width portrait email composition prompt — specifying layout sections, typography hierarchy, spacing, and placement for every element.
- 06
Final Email Renders
GPT Image 2 renders every briefed email design in parallel. Each is a production-ready full-width portrait render with live copy, hero imagery, and product shots fully assembled.

Frequently asked questions
Is this ASRV-specific or can it work for any brand?
The ASRV brand identity node is modular — swap in your own brand guidelines (colour palette, voice, photography rules, athlete archetype) and the pipeline produces on-brand emails for any DTC or apparel brand.
Can I review the copy before images are generated?
The pipeline is structured so copy fields are extracted and available before image generation runs. A review checkpoint can be inserted between the copy extraction and composition nodes on request.
What does 'three angles' actually mean?
Three distinct creative strategies baked into the copy and visual direction: Urgency (FOMO, time window, limited units), Exclusivity (member-only access, collector edition), and Performance (technical product features, training outcome). Deploy all three and test which converts.
