Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
This Privacy Policy explains how InfuseLab (“InfuseLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI content production studio based in Montreal, QC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit infuselab.co (the “Site”), book a call, or work with us as a client.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us — name, email, brand or business name, and project details when you book a call, fill out a form, or message us.
- Booking data — when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (TidyCal) collects your name, email, and meeting preferences.
- Technical data — pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected automatically through analytics and hosting logs.
- Client project data — product images, brand assets, and briefs you send us to produce creative work.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls
- Scope, produce, and deliver AI creative workflows for clients
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Send project or booking-related communications
- Comply with legal obligations
4. The legal bases we rely on
Where applicable, we process your information based on your consent (e.g., booking a call), the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you (e.g., delivering a project you hired us for), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — scheduling (TidyCal), hosting, analytics, and communication tools — and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on a reasonable timeline. Client project data is kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit — to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
InfuseLab operates from Canada. If you access the Site from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
