Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Eligibility
By using infuselab.co (the “Site”), you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent.
2. What the Site is
The Site shares information about InfuseLab's AI creative production workflows, lets you book a strategy call, and lets you send inquiries. Submitting a form or booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship or a binding offer — that happens only once we agree on scope in writing.
3. No guarantee of results
Case studies, sample outputs, and figures shown on the Site (such as revenue or output figures) are illustrative examples, not promises, guarantees, or projections of the results you will get. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your brand, market, and how the creative assets are used.
4. Informational content; not professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or marketing advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on Site content.
5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without permission
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights
6. Intellectual property
All Site content — text, graphics, workflow examples, and branding — belongs to InfuseLab or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial right to view this content. Deliverables produced for paying clients are governed separately by the project agreement for that engagement.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services (such as our booking tool). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties — review their own terms before using them.
8. Communications consent
By submitting a form or booking a call, you consent to being contacted by InfuseLab by email or phone regarding your inquiry. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfuseLab's total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed CAD $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This section does not apply to services covered by a separate signed client agreement, which governs instead.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold InfuseLab harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
